The defaults for forum listings is funky

I have to set it to Flat Expanded, Oldest First for them to behave like most other forums I hang in.

Any way to change this default behavior?

Sweet site by the way, can't wait to see more!

I think we got it

I think the defaults are set correctly now. Let me know here if you guys see any other formatting strangeness.

Under IE7 it's funky

getting center justified forums using IE7 and am also getting really tiny reply to for posts like this. The text box for replying is only one line thick.

Get a Mac!

Ha ha, that's for "The Fat Guys" cause I must hear the anti-mac rhetoric far too often! But really, it is like perfect in Firefox (on the mac) and even prettier in Safari.

The shit is fixed!

Don't make me moderate your ass down the pole. There are still a few other things going on behind the scenes, but the IE7 formatting should be all-hotness now.

It's also kinda weird that

It's also kinda weird that the newest stuff is on the bottom of the forum instead of the top.

You can control some stuff

You can control how they are sorted with your prefs. However it does suck that the main forum listing doesn't auto place the last "replied to" post to the top like UBB does.

As for sorting the main forums you have to click the DATE gizmo to sort oldest to newest and so on. I don't think your prefs affect that...or maybe they do.

I know when I am viewing a thread I like to see oldest to newest so I can read down and forward. But when I am looking at a main forum I prefer the opposite! Newest at top and oldest at bottom. Again, like UBB.

But this is not UBB, this is FREE.

I agree Q. Wtf is ubb? I've always seen like PHPBB and uhh vbulliten. And I'm pretty sure those are both free. I really like the minimalism of this one though.
