A main goal of this site is to provide in-depth information on products and services of interest to our readers. This will not include fad diets or other weight loss products, though members are free to relate personal experiences. - Be yourself! We're not here to make people feel bad about themselves, but rather to find and share ways to make the most of life--in all categories.
- We don't allow dieting ads on our site! Due to the way advertising works, though, we may have some of these ads for diets, pills, surgery, fat camps, that sort of thing. If you see one, and it bothers you, let us know ! We'll do what we can to ban it from the site. We're working on ways of giving you only appropriate ads, but these things take a little time.
- If you're here to pick a fight, you'll be banned. Simple as that. We're nice guys, but remember, we're bigger than you.
